What we know about every listing.

For every property we publish, we cross-reference the coordinate against eleven public registers — the same data professional surveyors use, joined into one read. Hazards, building era, land-value trend, walking-distance station, schools, coastline. No more "near the station" without knowing which station, no more "low flood risk" without knowing the assumed depth.
